When you think of excellent leaders, I imagine a number of people come to mind. I’d like you to hear one I have great respect for, Lieutenant General Jay Silveria, US Airforce. Below is a link to him delivering his perspective, about eight years ago, to thousands of cadets after an incident where derogatory messages were written to black cadets.
