I was reading about Anamaria Morales, a young woman whose dogged determination and love of baking and selling her creative cheesecakes got her through college – the first in her family to go. She started her business, The College Confectionista, with that dream when she was a senior in high school. She banked $9,000 the first year.
This firecracker, as she describes herself, fuels her progress by replacing limiting thoughts with motivating ones from people she respects. I thought of you when I read her words:
“We are all here for a reason, gifted with unique talents to express and share with the world. The best part? There’s only one you, and nobody will do it quite like you will.” *
That’s worth taping on your mirror and reading every day.
