Last Sunday, my message about “small increments” hit home for a number of readers. It was a reminder that small, consistent actions can lead to big change.
To carry that forward, consider the power of 10%. What could you possibly do 10% better? It’s not a big, heavy lift, it’s a small step in the direction you want to go. With all you’re juggling, the thought of changing something may feel overwhelming. But, thinking of it as a 10% change could make it more doable.
Ask yourself what’s an incremental change you could possibly do that would have a positive impact. Be patient and listen, you may be surprised at what you hear.
We’re all a work in progress. Think of this as shifting gears. Starting something this week could result in an improvement you’re proud of in a few months, definitely by the end of the year.
