Thoughts, ideas, possibilities abound within you waiting for you to pay attention to them. The really good ones need quiet time to surface.  
 
Quiet time is vital time. We all need it. When do you allow yourself to experience it? It can be moments, minutes, hours. It is easy (a bad habit for many of us) to fill potential quiet time with noise, busy-brain distractions.
 
Quiet time will give your inner thoughts, your inner voice, a chance to be heard. Sometimes, you have to really listen for it.
