Be an Inverse Paranoid

With all the stress and anxiety many are experiencing, it’s exhausting and can be contagious. It’s time to shift gears. Be intentional about shifting how you view the world. I know some of you do this. Become an “Inverse Paranoid.” It means you view the world as out to help you, not out to get you. It makes a huge difference. And it’s true.

Say it to yourself. Share it with others. Put it on your mirror.

In every dark situation, there is light, maybe teeny tiny at the moment, but it’s there. Look for it. And look for the people who bring light. They are around, too. Because the world is out to help you.

I’d love to take credit for Inverse Paranoid, but I heard it from Jack Canfield. Check out this 2 minute video.
