Think about how your attitude affects how you’re feeling, how it affects your reactions and responses, and what it does for what you put out into the world.
Now, think of a time when your attitude affected how you handled something. (You may have had a positive or negative attitude.) What impact did it have on the situation? What would a shift in your attitude have done?
Remember, attitude is everything. You are the only one who can adjust yours.
