Whether you like it or not, you are a role model. People are paying attention to what you do, what you say, and how you say and do it. They also notice when you say you will do something and then don’t follow through.
One of your greatest strengths as a role model is DWYSYWD. When you are known for doing what you say you will do, consistently, people will know they can trust you. And, if you can’t do something you said you would do, and you let the key people know you can’t and your reason, their trust in you will grow even stronger.
